David R. Barclay, former corporate vice president of work force diversity for Hughes Aircraft Company, passed away recently in Los Angeles, CA. Barclay was actively involved in equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and human relations programs for three decades. This was one of the last known recorded seminars we gave. The audio is not very good and you will have to increase the volume. Still, we feel this is a very important seminar.
